We are proud to offer SNAP/EBT at our nursery but cannot fulfill orders outside of our area. If you’d like to place an order and come collect your items, please call us at 828-369-9778. You can view our plant availability here. To reiterate, we do not ship any of our products beyond our local door-to-door delivery service.
We welcome all SNAP and EBT folks and are proud to announce matching funds for all purchases using an eligible SNAP or EBT card. This means, for example, if your cost for snap-eligible items is $15, you will only pay $7.50 when you check out, and the rest will be paid by a local Non-Profit* For a list of snap-eligible items, read on.
*Please note that our matching program is not government-funded. It is funded by a local family (as well as other local individuals) who wish to support making good, healthy, locally grown food accessible to all people.
In 2021, we were accepted into the USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Our permit certifies that we are granted to accept and redeem SNAP benefits in accordance with the rules and regulations governing this program.

- EVEN OUR CSA is eligible!!
- MEAT & EGGS: Locally-raised, free-range, organic-practices (including poultry, beef, lamb, pork)
- SEEDS: Organic, from Sow True seeds (an Asheville company)
- PLANT STARTS: Grow your own vegetables and herbs (including lettuce, squash, tomatoes, peppers, basil, rosemary, kale and a lot more!!). Certified Naturally Grown.
- EDIBLE PLANTS: from blueberries and other berry-producing shrubs to apple, pear and cherry trees, figs, pawpaw and more
