Our Philosophy:
We are Certified Naturally Grown. We use only organic treatments, creating healthy soil through the use of beneficial bacteria and organic material.
We grow a wide variety of vegetables so we can keep our CSAs, Farm Shop, Restaurants and Markets stocked with exciting choices. We start all of our own produce from seed, which allows us to grow these incredible (and oftentimes, rare) vegetables and share their stories, beauty, and flavor with our customers.
Throughout the year, we have vegetables growing in our propagation house and in the garden.
Our Farm seasons are divided into Early, Mid-Late and Late. Below is a list of vegetables and produce we typically grow in each season.
Typical Early Season
Leafy Greens including turnip greens, lettuce, collards, pea shoots, kale, chard, Bok Choy, Turnips, Radishes, Herbs, Sugar Snap Peas / Sweet Peas, Beets
Typical Mid -Late Season:
Beets, Cabbage, Carrots, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Green beans, Herbs, Hot peppers, Kohlrabi, Leafy greens, Lettuce, Okra, Radishes, Summer squash, Sweet peppers, Tomatoes
Typical Late Harvest:
Broccoli, Cabbage, Kale, collards, Swiss chard, mustard greens, Asian greens, Leeks, Lettuce, Radish, Winter Squash
