Our FOURTH annual Family Fun Day! An event entirely dedicated to entertaining and educating our children!
Get ready for an epic Family Fun Day where the whole gang can dive into exciting activities and cool learning experiences! From mingling with local nature buffs and experts to checking out awesome vendors, there’s something for everyone. We’re brewing up a fantastic schedule, so stay tuned for all the juicy updates on our Facebook page and this event page. Let the fun begin!
ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES:
Live Music with local Musician, Rachel Bellavance. (12-3pm)
The wonderful folks with the Taqueria El Machete Food Truck will be here! (11am – 3pm)
Free face painting with Franklin’s Painted Wonders Face Painting (12-3pm)

A FREE Dr Seuss Insect book for every family, and a selection of more free kids books, supplied by the good folks at Read2Me
Make your own seed bomb with Adam of Bigelow’s Botanical Excursions
Story telling time – with the Macon County Public Library, Spriggly’s Beescaping, and Adam Bigelow (11:15am, 12:30, 2pm)
Get creative and make a Pollinator Drinking Station with Skye from Mainspring Conservation Trust
A fun pollinator painting activity and a chance to see (and buy) the wonderful wares of local family-run, Main Street store, Trail Mix
Join the one and only Franklin Garden Club and paint a pollinator on a rock!!
Fishtales Outfitters from Downtown Franklin will be here to teach you how to tie flies!
Hope with Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust will be here – make your own Bat or Butterfly Mask!!
