Once the original campground’s shop for Appalachian Trail hikers needing to replenish their supplies, this once purely functional space has been remodeled into a cozy 3- bed, 1 bath apartment.
While it sits underneath the master house on the property, it lives on its own level with a separate entrance and deck, with a whole middle floor betwixt it and the main level. The well-appointed kitchen can cook a 10-course meal or heat up a can of beans (or a myriad other choices). The king size bed will give you a reason to go to bed early and the shower (design and water flow) will make you excited for your morning shower! There is a private bunk room for the kids, some lost hikers you found, or to stack your prized possessions in their own room.
The apartment offers a wonderful view of the farm. It also comes with full access to all the community areas at the campground, including Pavilion, River Access, Bathhouse, Self-Guided Farm Tours and Electric Vehicle Charging. This is the number one primo experience at our campground for luxury and comfort!
If you’re one for camping, bring the folks or grandparents along so they can enjoy their time with you but retire to the Apartment when they’re ready for luxury! Dog’s welcome (with a separate pet cleaning fee).
