The valley farm is maintained and run by a small team with assistance from Greg, Stacy and the nursery team. We are currently hiring for a new farm manager to take on the 2024 Season and onward. Learn more at our Employment page.
Katie Doe
- We’re proud of our former farm manager, Katie Doe, who successfully led the farm and grew produce for our local community for 3 years. Katie has gone on to start her own farm, called Three Barn Farms.
- Tessa has worked with Winding Stair since the beginning of 2022 and became known as invaluable ever since. She work alongside Katie at the Valley Farm working on the food production and plant starts part of the business.
- Josh is our first employee who works both with the farm and nursery teams. He helps the crew 2 or 3 days a week depending on the season and what they need. And he helps our nursery team out with maintenance and other landscaping needs.
