We enjoy working closely with area restaurants to develop the best production and use of our offerings. We prefer to meet with the chefs prior to beginning orders, so that we can figure out exactly what the restaurant’s culinary style, preferences, and interests are, and then move forward with weekly or bi-weekly deliveries.
